The band that takes its name from an obscure line in a classic horror flick (1977’s The Sentinel) lives up to its namesake; the spirits of Wire, Killing Joke, and Magazine haunt the halls of their debut LP, inviting in modern day punks to smash up the place with chains. Twin guitar attack, distorted bass, moody synths, icy mechanical drums, and baritone vocals are all tightly stacked on top of each other then pushed into the red.
